	Dune Beach Rest roooms; handicapped access; parking with Southampton Village permit. There is a wooden deck for picnics and a boardwalk to the ocean over the seagrass-covered dunes. South Commack (Hunt) in Southampton Village, this beach is toward the end of Dune Road, almost to the Shinnecock Inlet.
	Old Town Beach About 30 parking spaces, no permit required. Uncrowded, perfect for relaxed reading or quiet contemplation. This is not a young person's beach; there are no rest rooms or food facilities. South Commack (Hunt)
